Tim Page is the third consecutive generation of the Page family to work in business. The family can trace its roots in business back to 1786.

Chartered Financial Planner, Chartered Wealth Manager and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERCM Professional Tim has specialist qualifications in pension transfers, investments and trusts. Tim is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority to provide regulated investment advice. Tim and his wife Annie have two children. Tim is a trustee of the Bury St Edmunds Society, a keen runner and an allotment holder.

Our history
Tim’s father, Richard Page started his career in financial services in 1986. He set up Richard Page Financial Services in 1990, was joined by wife Eileen in 1995 and then Tim in 1999. In 1999, they bought the business of a retiring adviser, Stanley Russell. Throughout its history, PageRussell has been at the forefront of developments in financial planning, such as advanced professional qualifications (from early 1990s), independence (2001), transparent charging (2001), holistic financial planning (2002), asset class investing and wrap platforms (2003), risk tolerance profiling (2004), collaborative planning software (2009), Accredited Financial Planning Firm (2011) and Chartered Wealth Managers (2015).
