| Richard is the founding director of our firm. He has advised business owners on their financial planning since 1986.An early advocate of professional qualifications in financial services, Richard never rests on his laurels. He became a CFP Professional in 2007 and in 2009 won the award for Pre-Retirement Planning at the Money Management Financial Planner Awards.

Stephen joined the business in 1997 and is now a director. Stephen has particular skills in cash flow modelling and investment consolidation.Stephen is a CFP Professional and an active member of the Institute of Financial Planning.

Tim joined the firm in 1999 and is now a director. Tim is a Chartered Financial Planner, a CFP Professional and holds the CFA UK Investment Management Certificate.In 2003 and 2004 Tim was a member of the winning team in the Institute of Financial Planning’s Team Challenge. Tim was Chairman of the Institute of Financial Planning’s East Anglia branch in 2007 and 2008 and has been a CFP case study assessor.
Tim is authorised by the Financial Services Authority to provide regulated investment advice. Son of Richard and Eileen and brother of Stephen, Tim and his wife Annie have a daughter, Rosie and a son, Eddie. | A director and company secretary, Eileen has been “the boss” since joining Richard in 1995.Eileen has extensive bookkeeping and business experience. She was the owner manager of a successful retail business for six years in the 1970s and has always played an active role in PageRussell.
From 1988 to 2001, Eileen was a bereavement and relationship counsellor. She has passed on many of these empathic skills to the firm’s financial planners, which helps them to identify client goals more effectively and satisfy the Financial Services Association’s “know your client” requirements. Having “served” full time in PageRussell from 2001 to 2006, Eileen now enjoys working Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Eileen is married to Richard and is mother of Stephen and Tim. Hayley bravely decided to become PageRussell’s first non-family employee in November 2008 in the teeth of the worst financial crisis since World War II.Hayley is working through the Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Financial Planning exams with creditable success and has become our expert on writing operational procedures.
